Our story begins with Rhees Jackson, a true son of Kanab, who carries the legacy of seven generations of locals. He grew up exploring the hidden treasures of this land with his dad and grandfather, forging a profound connection to the beauty of the region.

 

After college, Rhees embarked on a career in sales, but life had different plans. He felt the magnetic pull of Kanab, a force that beckoned him to return to his roots. This journey was driven by more than nostalgia; Rhees sought a fresh start, physically and spiritually. Overcoming health challenges, he found solace in the fresh desert air and the open spaces of Kanab.

Rhees knew that the peaceful, grounding effect he experienced in Kanab was a gift he needed to share. He founded Arrow Experiences, formerly known as Expedition Kanab, to introduce others to the wonders of this region. The business began as a way to showcase the remote sites he had cherished since childhood.

However, over time, Rhees envisioned something more. He wanted Arrow Experiences to be a catalyst for personal growth, a journey that wasn't just about fleeting memories but about lasting transformation.

 

At Arrow we guide our guests to all the remarkable sites, but we aren't in any rush. Our Arrow guides invest time with each guest to foster a deep connection, both with the natural world and with their inner selves.
